I already have Instagram. Why a website?
Instagram is for people who already follow you. A website is for people who look for you on Google Maps. It shows your menu, your hours and a button to call you. And it’s yours.
Is this Kit Digital or a subsidy?
No. No forms and no subsidies. €300 + VAT once and €15 + VAT a month. The domain is extra, at market price.
What do I have to send?
The name of your place and a photo of the menu. If you want a more personal website, send us photos of all your products (your olive oil or your sardines, for example) and we put them on the menu. Or we come and take the photos: €150 + VAT per visit of 1–2 hours. You check everything before it goes online.
Is the website mine?
Yes. The domain is in your name. If you ever leave, we help you take it with you.
Is the domain included?
No. We look at which names are free (yourplace.com, yourplace.es…) and buy the one you pick at market price, no mark-up. It goes in your name.
How do I pay?
The first payment by card, Bizum or bank transfer, once you’ve seen your website. The monthly fee by card or bank transfer. Always with an invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. No contract and no penalty.
Will I come up on Google?
We set up your Google Maps profile and your website so Google reads them properly. Nobody honest can promise you first place.
Do you do bookings?
We add a button to your WhatsApp, your phone or the booking system you already use. We charge nothing per booking.
Can you change the menu later?
Yes. With the monthly fee of N°1 you get up to 2 small changes a month. Just send us a WhatsApp.
I don’t have good photos.
We come to your place and take them: €150 + VAT per visit of 1–2 hours. Or we use the ones you send us.
Do you run my Instagram too?
Yes, with our Social Media Management pack: we post for you (N°3), or we also come to your place to take photos and videos (N°4).
